// THE ROLE: WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As our new Marketing Executive, you’ll help drive Loud Mouth Media’s own in-house marketing – a rare opportunity to market an award-winning agency. You’ll work across social, web, events, and paid channels to build our brand, support lead generation, and showcase the results we deliver. With a team of digital experts around you, you’ll bring fresh ideas, sharpen your skills, and help keep us ahead of the curve.
//KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Deliver marketing activity across Earned, Owned, and Paid channels – including website content and updates, social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, events, awards, and partnerships.
- Help activate and evolve the Loud Mouth Media marketing strategy – supporting brand growth, lead generation, and positioning in the market.
- Suggest improvements to campaigns, content, and internal processes – always keeping our audience, goals, and brand front of mind.
Campaign Delivery & Content Creation
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email – ensuring brand consistency and performance focus.
- Write clear, engaging content for blogs, email, social media, and case studies – aligned to our brand pillars and designed to connect with new and existing clients.
- Manage the content calendar, contribute content ideas, and align campaigns to wider business goals.
- Support the creation and editing of marketing materials using tools like Canva – including templates, collateral, and branded assets for internal and external use.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with our performance marketing, client services, and sales teams to support campaign execution, lead generation, and new business efforts.
- Assist with the delivery and branding of new business proposals, pitch decks, and internal documents – ensuring everything reflects our tone of voice and visual identity.
- Support internal campaigns and communications that champion our culture and showcase team success.
Insights, Reporting & Market Research
- Use digital tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to gather and interpret performance data – providing insights to optimise activity.
- Track and report on marketing ROI, audience behaviour, and content performance – using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform marketing strategy and support new business pitches.
- Stay on top of industry news and digital marketing trends – sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
Events, Awards & Brand Building
- Support the planning and delivery of award submissions, industry events, and speaking opportunities – from coordination to content creation.
- Help manage and evolve our brand assets, templates, and guidelines – ensuring everyone has access to up-to-date, on-brand resources.
Organisation & Quality Control
- Keep marketing admin tight – from maintaining spreadsheets and updating content libraries, to managing deadlines and campaign timelines.
- Proofread and fact-check content to ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and quality across all touchpoints.

You’re a confident, organised marketer who knows how to get things done. You’ve got hands-on experience delivering across multiple digital channels – and you’re just as comfortable diving into performance data as you are creating content that cuts through. You take initiative, bring ideas to the table, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll Bring:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar (or equivalent experience).
- Proven marketing experience across Earned, Owned, and Paid channels (minimum 1–2 years).
- Strong understanding of digital channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics 4.
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- High attention to detail, especially in content creation and proofing.
- Strong written and visual communication skills – confident creating, editing, and branding content
- Proficiency with tools like website CMS, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Canva, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organisational abilities, able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative, and full of fresh ideas – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing team
- Design and brand guardianship experience – you care about consistency and creativity in equal measure.
- Digital marketing certifications or further training is a plus.
