New promotion extension available in AdWords

 

Currently in beta, AdWords promotion extensions will allow advertisers to show a price tag icon beneath ads, highlighting a sale or specific offer on your website. Set up is as simple as creating other ad extensions but the promotion will really stand out in the SERP!

 

Pinterest adds autoplay video ads to feeds and search results

 

After debuting click to play video ads last summer, Pinterest is currently rolling out Promoted Videos that play automatically in feeds, search results and in the related pins section. Currently being tested with big brands such as L'Oreal, Toyota and Universal Pictures, we expect this to be a popular one for the e-commerce world.

Google Optimize and Google Surveys 360 join forces with AdWords

 

The latest integration from Google will make it easier than ever to understand and serve your potential customers, providing advertisers the opportunity to personalise custom landing pages linked to ads. The Surveys 360 integration is now live in the U.S. and Canada; the integration with Optimize will be available in the coming weeks.

YouTube launches Creator Academy Course

 

Our team recently spent some time at Google HQ for YouTube training and were also delighted to be one of just 32 agencies from across the whole of EMEA invited to the Speak UP mentoring event.

 

As part of its commitment to review its policies on ad-supported content, YouTube has rolled out detailed guidelines for content that can be monetized on the channel. In addition, a Creator Academy course is now available to help advertisers create appealing content.
