THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented performance-focused Paid Social Account Manager to join our team of specialists. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating and delivering paid social media strategies that focus on delivering a return on investment for clients. Using data-driven insights will be an integral part of the role to ensure sustained growth. The ideal candidate will need to be up for the challenge, driven, ambitious and enthused about all things Digital Marketing and Paid Social Media campaigns.

Here's an idea what the role entails: 

  • Develop and maintain paid social media strategies to align with core campaign objectives and to work in conjunction with other digital media channels.
  • Communicate campaign strategies to clients in a confident and user-friendly way.
  • Inform strategies based on competitive landscape, research, trends, and insights.
  • Paid social media management across various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
  • Build paid social advertising campaigns and effectively manage and optimise campaign budgets.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform campaign performance optimisation across various platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse and report back on campaign performance.
  • Identify and provide growth opportunities for clients.
  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Develop and advise on paid social media content creation to maximise the placements and campaign performance.
  • Work as part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Work closely with our other teams of specialists to ensure a cohesive digital approach for clients, across both paid and organic activity.
  • Involvement with Paid Social new business opportunities and identify growth opportunities for current clients.
  • Understand Paid Social and its commercial impact on clients’ businesses and our agency.
  • Stay up to date with new developments in the world of digital advertising.
  • Any other duties as required.

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA 

In order to be considered for the following role you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Experience creating various social campaign types such as Lead Gen, Catalogue sales, Conversion, Traffic, retargeting etc.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Experience in delivering social reporting on analytics and insights and confident with analytics tools.
  • The ability to analyse performance and act on opportunities.
  • Excellent written and spoken skills with the ability to confidently communicate strategy plans to clients, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and iWork (Apple’s office suite).
  • Analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

 

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

  • Facebook Blueprint Certified.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing & Google Analytics.
  • Previous experience delivering eCommerce campaigns.
  • Previous experience delivering B2B campaigns.
  • Agency Experience.
  • Relevant digital marketing qualification.
