// THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Performance-focused PPC Account Manager to join our team of specialists. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating and delivering paid digital media strategies that focus on delivering real business results for our clients. Using data-driven insights will be an integral part of the role to ensure sustained growth.

Here's an idea what the role entails:

  • Develop results focused PPC strategies to align with core campaign objectives and ultimately help drive clients’ business objectives
  • Communicate strategy plans to clients in a confident and user-friendly way.
  • Inform strategies based on competitive landscape, research, trends, and insights.
  • Build, implement and manage Search, Display, Shopping and YouTube campaigns across various platforms such as Google and Microsoft Ads and manage campaign budgets.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform campaign performance optimisation across various platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse and report back on campaign performance.
  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Work as part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Manage, develop and train the more junior members of the team.
  • Work closely with our other teams of specialists to ensure a cohesive digital approach for clients, across both paid and organic activity.
  • Involvement with PPC new business opportunities and identify growth opportunities for current clients.
  • Understand PPC and its commercial impact on clients’ businesses and our agency.
  • Stay up to date with new developments in the world of digital advertising.
  • Any other duties as required.

 

// ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

In order to be considered for the following role you should have the following skills and experience:

  • You have 1+ years post-graduate experience in running and managing PPC campaigns.
  • Have experience delivering campaigns/projects for multiple clients/stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Google Analytics and have a data-driven approach to discovering actionable insights.
  • You have excellent copywriting skills combined with excellent spelling and grammar alongside a keen eye for detail.
  • Your communication skills are impeccable, via phone, face-to-face and online.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and effectively manage multiple ongoing projects.
  • An analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills and along with attention to detail.

 

// DESIRABLE CRITERIA

Skills or experience in any of the following:

  • Understanding of other digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) SEO, social media & email marketing.
  • You have experience working in an agency environment
  • Experience in Paid Social Media Advertising across Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/LinkedIn etc
  • You have a Google Ads certification.
  • Experience in digital strategy/planning.
