Salary: Negotiable DOE


Full Time / Part Time / Flexible - we're open to options!




Who Are We?


In short, we're one of the top digital advertising agencies in EMEA (Google said so!). We specialise solely in PPC advertising - providing clients such as Ulster University, Bedeck, W5, Titanic Belfast, Agnew Group and many more with a fully managed service across Search, Display and Paid Social advertising. We're pretty successful - we won 'Business of the Year' at the Digital DNA Awards 2016; were finalists for the most prestigious industry awards at both a UK and European level in 2016/17; and we are the only fully specialised Google Premier Partner agency in Northern Ireland!

The Role


Are you incredibly organised, finance savvy and suited to a fast-paced working environment? This role will provide finance and admin support for Loud Mouth Media, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Key duties will include:




  • Maintain company accounts using Xero
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Manage online banking
  • Invoicing customers
  • Follow up on payment for invoices




  • Opening post and distributing to relevant staff
  • General office management / ordering supplies 
  • Answering and rerouting telephone calls (shared)
  • Manage office utilities (Power/Cleaners etc)
  • Arranging transport, travel and accommodation for employees




  • Organisation of staff holidays and keep record of staff non-attendance


Personal Assistance


  • Monitor diary for MD
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for MD
  • Other personal assistance as MD
  • Any other tasks required by Managing Director and General Manager




Who Are You?


If you are personable, enthusiastic and tick the following boxes, then we want to hear from you!


  •  Prior office management experience
  •  Accounts experience
  •  Good communication skills and telephone manner
  •  Excellent organisational skills
  •  Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
  •  Experience using Xero (desirable)
