Did you know that today is ‘Get to Know Your Customers Day?’ It’s no secret that customers are the heartbeat of all businesses, so developing a healthy and transparent relationship with them is crucial to success!

Maintaining a healthy customer relationship with all your clients will help in sustaining the performance of your business. Developing sound customer relations require dedication and time; therefore, putting in place the right strategies is essential for the whole procedure. Below are some of the ways in which we develop and maintain relationships with our clients:

How do we build relationships with our clients?

At Loud Mouth Media, we recognise the importance of getting to know our clients, their business needs and the things that matter most to their customers in order to provide a fully managed service across a range of digital advertising platforms.

How do we first get to know our customers?

Firstly, we always take the time to meet with our clients to discuss current and future digital campaigns, including their goals, the recommended approach, time frames and KPIs. Taking the time to get to know our clients and their business needs enables us to implement the most appropriate strategy, building effective campaigns to help our customers reach their goals and succeed.

In order to get to know our customers and their needs, we also extensively research their industry and audiences to gain a greater insight into the marketplace and the people that we intend to engage with via digital advertising. All campaigns are also monitored daily to measure performance and ensure continuous account optimisation for success.

In addition to the above processes, we also provide the following support to build rapport with our clients, keeping them up-to-date with ongoing communication:

  • PPC: We manage and measure campaign performance on a daily basis, testing ads, audiences and keywords against KPIs.
  • Social: We test, manage and measure targeted social advertising engagement via key channels. We also test audiences, creatives and ad formats to maximise performance
  • Measurement: We track overall performance against KPIs identified by our clients, as well as additional metrics, including; Impressions, Clicks, Click Through Rate, Views, View Rate, Comments, Likes, Bounce Rate, Average Session Duration, Pages per Session, Keyword Rankings, Organic Positions and Conversions
  • Reporting: We provide analysis reports in electronic format, by which the date and time can be agreed with clients. Summary reports are delivered in a dashboard style and include details of platform performance, KPIs and recommendations for further improvement and upscaled activity.
  • Monthly meetings: We hold monthly meetings with our clients over the course of their contract - the purpose of which provides feedback on performance and allows for discussion regarding further recommendations.
  • Reviews: We arrange mid-campaign reviews and final campaign reviews to provide a more in-depth overview of campaign progress and overall success. We also provide full support via both phone and email during campaigns to enable clients to contact their Account Manager at any time during working hours.

Trust is the foundation upon which all successful relationships are built, so ensure that all of your actions support this goal. To maintain a continuous and healthy heartbeat of the relationship, always provide a high level of customer service and make sure to do your due diligence when it comes to meeting expectations.

We want to take this opportunity to thank all our clients for their custom, we look forward to continuing success of existing and new clients!
